BOOKING - Terms & Conditions

Check in:    From 2:00 pm on first day of booking,
Check out: By 10:00 am on day of departure, unless arrangements have been made prior to last day of booking. A surcharge of $40 will be charged for late check outs up to 12:00 pm.

Chalet occupancy and bed usage:
As all chalet beds are made-up, we ask that you please only use the number of beds to cater to the number you have booked and paid for. The cost of laundry and services to remake any extra beds used may be passed on to you. Please note the additional guest charge includes children and infants. Please let us know prior to arrival if you have additional guests who will be staying so we can ensure the Chalet is appropriately provisioned.

Cleaning and Damages:
All our chalets are provided as self-catering and are not serviced accommodation. We respectfully ask that you leave your chalet in a neat and tidy condition at the end of your stay, with dishes washed, dried and placed back in the cupboards. Chalet cleaning is included in your tariff, however only a certain amount of time is allocated for cleaning and if your chalet is left with dirty dishes or an unacceptable mess which requires extra washing, drying and cleaning, you may be charged an extra cleaning fee of $40 per hour.
You are responsible for, and agree to pay for, any damages or breakages over $10. Additional cleaning and damages will be automatically debited from your credit card or security bond.

No smoking indoors: 

All Chalets are non smoking indoors.  We ask you to please adhere to this condition as a consideration to others. Failure to comply will result in an extra night’s accommodation being charged, to enable the extra cleaning and airing of the chalet.

Change of Chalet:
We will do our utmost to honor your original booking, but reserve the right to transfer your booking to another chalet, should unforeseen circumstances require it.

Payments Policy:

Full payment is required at time of booking.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct/Online Bank Transfer and PayPal.

For all electronic payments, a cash security bond of $200 is required at the time of check-in. This is returned to you in full at check-out, provided you have not incurred any additional charges.

For last minute bookings, (book and stay on the same day), a cash payment is also accepted, however a valid credit card number or a $200 cash bond is required as the security deposit

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date will be charged the full amount of the booking,
However, bookings are transferable to friends and family in the event that a Guest cannot make their commitment to their booking (please notify us in advance with names and details)

Change of date
A change of date is only considered if requested more than 14 days prior to your original reservation and will incur a $20 administration fee.

Payment
Full Payment is required upon booking and will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card or payment method. We accept payment by direct deposit but a credit card number is still required as a security deposit.
